Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

A: Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once placed. If you need help, contact us right away and we’ll do our best.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.

Q: What should I do if an item I am interested in is out of stock?

A: A: On the product page, select the “Notify Me When Available” option and enter your email. We’ll send you an automatic alert as soon as it’s restocked.


Shipping

Q: Where does Stanluck ship from?
A: We ship directly from our US warehouse in California.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We currently ship to the US and Canada. If you are located outside of the US and Canada and would like to make a purchase, please contact us at stanluck.usa@gmail.com

Q: How much is shipping?
A: US shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. For international orders, rates vary depending on the carrier and location.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Domestic (US) orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. International delivery times vary by region and shipping method.

Q: Do you offer expedited shipping?
A: Yes, faster options are available at checkout depending on your location.

Q: Will I get tracking info?
A: Definitely. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link.

Returns

Q: What is your return window?
A: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.
