Orders

  • Orders are processed quickly, so changes or cancellations may not be possible once placed. If you need help, contact us right away and we’ll do our best.

  • We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options shown at checkout.

  • On the product page, select the “Notify Me When Available” option and enter your email. We’ll send you an automatic alert as soon as it’s restocked.

Shipping

  • We ship directly from our US warehouse in California.

  • We currently ship to the US and Canada. If you are located outside of the US and Canada and would like to make a purchase, please contact us at stanluck.usa@gmail.com

  • US shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. For international orders, rates vary depending on the carrier and location.

  • Domestic (US) orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days after processing. International delivery times vary by region and shipping method.

  • Definitely. Once your order ships, we’ll send you an email with a tracking link.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order, as long as the product is unused and in its original condition.
