well made products - ineffective communication

I absolutely love the $800+ kit i pieced together. The quality is great - the packaging is great. Unfortunately the package arrived without and legs ( i purchased 2 sets)

I immediately reached out them since i had a trip planned ( where im currently writing from ) After being told “how” they package their legs in the carrier bag ther banter went back and forth.

I thought the resolution was great - they were going to send out legs immediately. At least that was what i was told. I never received them. They ship from California (socal) I am in the Bay Area (Norcal) Its not too out of place to assume shipping times wouldn’t be too much…

I never received any email confirmation for the shipment and i never got the legs before i left a week later.

Needless to say - I didn’t bring this gear on the big trip... Have absolutely no idea where the legs are and for the premium cost it’s a downer of an experience that still needs to be resolved upon returning.

Would i suggest this gear - yes but for me i still have to deal with having my order completed upon returning from my trip.

No one was particularly rude - they were very insistent in telling me how they packaged their legs inside the carrying case… I DIDNT RECIEVE THE LEGS. This leaves the kit pretty much useless.

Purchasers beware. Perhap this is a language barrier thing… i dont know.

I just wish this $800+ purchase for the trip on already on could have been complete. I wish there could have been more accountability and less telling me their procedure of packing.

That doesn’t matter if there legs were in the shipment.

I really hope Stanluck proactively and clearly resolves this issue when i return in a few weeks.
